If you're not happy with your order, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll arrange a return or replacement. Coffee that has been opened and used as expected isn't eligible for return, but if something arrived damaged or wrong, we'll make it right.

What's the difference between Arabica and Robusta coffee?

Arabica is smoother and more acidic, with floral-to-fruity notes and lower caffeine. Robusta is bolder and more bitter, with higher caffeine and a fuller body. We also offer Blends that combine both for balance — use our Coffee Finder to see which suits your taste.

What is South Indian filter coffee?

A traditional decoction-brewed coffee made in a metal filter (the classic davara-tumbler set), usually a dark-roasted Arabica-Robusta blend, served with hot milk and sugar. Our South Indian Filter grind is ground fine specifically for this brew method.

How should I store coffee beans to keep them fresh?

Keep beans in an airtight container, away from direct light, heat and moisture. Avoid the fridge or freezer for coffee you'll use within a few weeks — it introduces moisture that dulls flavour. Buy only what you'll finish in 2-4 weeks for the freshest cup.
